What is Parley?
One workspace for every kind of AI creation — chat, images, video, music, 3D, games, apps, and full YouTube videos, from a single prompt box.
Parley is an all-in-one AI creative workspace. From one prompt box you can hold a conversation with frontier models, generate and edit images, produce short videos and full films, compose music, build 3D characters, ship games and web apps, and assemble complete YouTube videos — with no API keys to manage and nothing to install.
Everything in this guide describes the web version of Parley, which runs in your browser at labs.parley.live.
Two ways to use Parley
- The free browser demo at parley.live runs a small AI model directly on your device — no account, no sign-up. It’s the fastest way to see what a chat feels like.
- The full app at labs.parley.live unlocks everything: cloud models, image and video generation, the Studio, YouTube tools, building, and more. You sign in with an activation code.

New in this release
- The Create hub. One button in the sidebar opens every station: Image, Video, Voice, Thumbnail pack, Talking avatar, UGC ad, Transform a video, and the project types the agent builds. Each card shows its price; each station puts the exact cost on the button before you click. See The Create hub.
- Your Library. Everything you make, from a chat or a station, lands in your Library on its own, and everything you made before is already there with its original date. Filter, star, open an item to see its prompt, engine, cost and camera move, then animate it, use it as a reference, loop it, resize it or set it as your avatar. A Recent row under the prompt shows the newest.
- Saved characters and @Name. Keep a face you name once, with a reference sheet you upload or generate. Type @ in the chat to bring one in; the agent makes images from their photos and casts them into films without paying for references again. See Saved characters.
- Camera moves you can see. The 41 moves are a grid of preview cards with a search box, in the Video station and the film editor; the most-used ones play a real rendered clip. See Making a video.
- The Studio timeline. Films show their shots as a strip beside the chat: drag to reorder, click a shot to edit its frame, motion, length, lens look and camera move, re-render just that shot, or add sound to it. The workspace can expand to take most of the screen. See The Studio.
- Charges you can see. The price is on the button before, a receipt appears after, and the sidebar keeps your balance in view. See How credits work.
- Named camera moves. Ask for a dolly zoom, a 360 orbit, a crash zoom, a snorricam or any of 41 presets in the Video tab and in the Studio. A named move beats "the camera moves dramatically" every time. See Making a video.
- A camera engine tier. Choose the "camera" look and the move is applied as a real motion parameter. If that engine is not enabled on your server, the request runs on the standard tier with the same move as camera direction, so it is always safe to ask for.
- The parley CLI and open-source agent skills. Generate images, clips, thumbnails and product ads from a terminal or from Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. See Developers & agents.
- YouTube productions are measured before they spend. Every beat becomes one 5 second clip, and the cut never slows footage by more than 15 percent. If your narration is longer than the beats can carry, Parley now tells you how many beats you need (or how short the narration must be) before a single clip is rendered, and charges nothing. See YouTube Studio.
